今月2個目のRMA申請

今月2個目のハードディスクの故障は、24日に確認して、
その日のうちにRMA申請したのですが、Seagate の英語ページで申請してしまい、
送り先がシンガポールに成ってしまいました。

あれ、過去に送ったのは千葉だった筈なのに・・・

もしや、日本語のページから申請しなければ千葉が選択できないのか思い、
送り先の変更やキャンセルの方法をさがすも見つからず、
サポートページから英語でオーダーキャンセルをお願いしました。

土日を含めて3日程費やしてしまいました。

その後、キャンセルしたよと英語でメールが返ってきたので、
本日、日本語のRMA申請ページで申請すると、Chiba Japan が選択でき、
送り先を Chiba Japan できました。

ハードディスクは Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 320GB です。
